The Service currently requires account registration and sign-in. We may offer additional access modes in the future.
Fantasy Arena provides fantasy football leagues and competitions. Your performance depends on your selections and real-world match events, as measured under the scoring rules for each competition.
Rules, scoring categories, deadlines, and any prize descriptions are displayed in-app and may vary by competition.
The Service is free to use at launch and includes no in-app purchases.
If prizes are offered, they may include items such as vouchers and/or merchandise, as described in the relevant competition details. We may require reasonable verification to deliver prizes and prevent abuse.
If we introduce paid features, entry fees, or subscriptions in the future, we will provide clear disclosure and updated terms before any payment is required.
You are responsible for submitting your selections before applicable deadlines. Once a deadline passes, edits may be restricted.
If a scoring error occurs due to incorrect third-party data, duplicate events, or later corrections by a data source, we may adjust results to reflect the most accurate available match record.
The Service may rely on third-party sports data providers and other service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or technical issues.
If enabled on your device, the Service may send notifications such as deadlines, match reminders, and important updates. You can manage notification permissions and preferences through your device settings.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, logos, and content, are owned by Fantasy Arena and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or fraud, or created a security risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may request account deletion by emailing marwan@fantasyarena.me. Account deletion is handled via email requests as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasy Arena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the event (if any), or (b) SAR 100.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory laws require otherwise.
